Request account & data deletion

Use this page to request deletion of your FitGoFree phone-verified account and related server-held referral data. You do not need to reinstall the app to make this request.

Start your deletion request

Open a WhatsApp conversation with FitGoFree Support. In your message, state that you want to delete your FitGoFree account and provide the phone number used to sign in. Do not send any OTP or verification code.

What happens next

A clear account-deletion process.

We may need to confirm that the request is from the account holder before deleting server-held data.

  1. Send the request.
    Use the button above and include the phone number used for FitGoFree sign-in. Do not include an OTP.
  2. We confirm ownership.
    FitGoFree may ask you to confirm the account through a safe verification step before taking action.
  3. We delete account data.
    After verification, FitGoFree deletes the Firebase Authentication account and associated referral profile, referral-code and verified-referral records linked to the account.
  4. We confirm the outcome.
    We will reply to the support conversation when the request has been handled, including any limited retention required solely for security, fraud prevention or law.

Data on your device

Local fitness records are controlled in the app.

FitGoFree stores the following fitness information locally on the device where you use it: health-profile and BMI inputs, saved exercises, weight entries, set logs, workout history, unfinished workout drafts and locally saved service-request details.

To erase those local records, open the FitGoFree app and use Privacy & data → Delete personal data. You can also clear FitGoFree app data in Android settings or uninstall the app. These local actions do not by themselves delete a Firebase phone account or server-held referral data; use the request above for that.

Fitness records on your device must be removed through the in-app control, Android app-data settings or uninstalling the app.

External services

Messages you choose to send in WhatsApp are controlled by WhatsApp. Manage or delete them through WhatsApp’s own controls.
