By downloading, accessing or using FitGoFree, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.
2. What FitGoFree provides
FitGoFree provides general fitness and wellness tools, including exercise guidance, workout plans, workout and progress logging, diet-planning guidance and optional referral features. Features can change as the app improves.
Not medical advice. FitGoFree provides general wellness information only. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any medical condition. Speak with a qualified health professional before starting or changing an exercise or nutrition programme, especially if you have an injury, condition, are pregnant, or have concerns about your health.
3. Your use of the service
You are responsible for using FitGoFree safely and for deciding whether a movement, plan or nutrition suggestion is appropriate for you. Follow exercise instructions carefully, use equipment safely and stop if you experience pain, dizziness or another concerning symptom.
You must provide accurate information when you choose to create a phone-verified account, keep your verification codes private, and not interfere with the app or its security features.
4. Phone account and local data
Some referral features require a phone-verified Firebase account. Other fitness information is designed to remain on your device. You are responsible for securing your device and for backing up any information you choose to keep. You can learn about account and local-data deletion at Account & Data Deletion.
5. Referral reward rules
A referral is not created by opening a share sheet, sending the same message repeatedly, or merely installing the app. Referral progress is determined by the server-authoritative referral service after a qualifying new user completes the required phone sign-in and the applicable checks. FitGoFree may withhold, reverse or decline referral credit where there is fraud, abuse, duplicate use, self-referral, inaccurate information, technical error or a violation of these terms.
Referral and reward offers may change or end. A referral reward is not transferable or redeemable for cash unless FitGoFree explicitly states otherwise.
6. Third-party services
FitGoFree uses Google/Firebase services for phone verification and referral operations. If you choose to open WhatsApp to send a service-request message, your use of WhatsApp is governed by WhatsApp’s terms and privacy policy. FitGoFree is not responsible for third-party services, their availability or their content.
7. Acceptable use
You must not misuse FitGoFree, including by attempting to bypass phone verification or referral safeguards, submitting false referral information, probing or disrupting the service, copying or redistributing protected app content unlawfully, or using the app in a way that harms other users or FitGoFree.
8. Availability and changes
FitGoFree is provided on an “as available” basis. We work to keep it useful and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every feature will be available at all times. We may update, suspend or discontinue a feature where reasonably necessary.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, FitGoFree is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the app or website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
10. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms when the service or legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated terms.
